I would like to thank you for your exceptional customer service. I was in great need of contacts prior to heading overseas, following a disappointing experience with a competitor company. I had ordered contacts through a competitor company a few weeks prior to departure, at which point it was advertised as immediate delivery of contacts when I ordered online. I was blissfully unaware of any issues, only to not receive my contacts many days later. I was only notified after my consistent enquiries re: delivery time about a minimum of 2 week delay, At the last minute your company made what I thought was going to be an unachievable purchase, not only possible but very easy and pleasant. I could not recommend your company any higher, with great customer service.
