Postage in Australia
For a quick and reliable delivery service all orders are sent to you in Australia Post Express Post satchels. This service provides next business day delivery within the Express Post delivery network (including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Canberra) and includes 80% of addresses in Australia.
We stock the best selling contact lenses in the most popular prescriptions and endeavour to send out these contact lenses to you within the same business day during working hours.
If a product isn't in stock it usually takes two business days for us to receive and post onto you. The timing we can post contact lenses is included in the first sentence about each product description.
If you require contact lenses urgently please contact us to find out the expected delivery time of your order or an alternative solution to speed things up for you.
As your order is dispatched, we will email your Australia Post tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your order.
When ordering 4 or more boxes, postage and packaging will be free of charge in Australia.
When ordering less than 4 boxes, a $12.99 charge covers the postage and packaging cost in Australia.

Exchanges and Refunds
Our refund and exchange policy lasts 30 days from making your order. Contact lenses must be returned unopened and unmarked in perfect condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
When returning lenses it is important to pack them carefully as we cannot give a credit on boxes which are damaged in transit.
Please email us at email@example.com or call us on 03 9510 2045 to organise a return refund or exchange. For exchanges please provide full details of the replacement product name, number of lenses and all relevant parameters.
Exchanges and refunds will only be made once we receive the original order in perfect condition.

Faulty Contact Lenses
Faulty contact lenses are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. If you think your lenses are faulty please call us on 03 9510 2045.
Occasionally a product may be temporarily out of stock in Australia. If this happens we will notify you immediately with the expected delay and can also discuss other options to meet your needs.
