I have used your service for some time now and also found it great. The last couple of times both orders were over 6 weeks wait which was ok as I agreed to that. I ended up having to order another pair from Specsavers in the meantime and they were here within 3 working days at the same price. Just wanted to give you that feedback. Mel

Amazing customer service

I placed an order however I accidentally selected pick up instead of delivery. The store recognised that I lived in Sydney and sent the package although I haven’t paid for the shipping cost yet. I received the package the same day I paid for the shipping! Such great customer service!
